Roblox is an online game platform that has been very popular since its release in 2006, and is largely driven by its enthusiastic community. There are thousands of custom-made games that are open for the public to play in a multiplayer setting, ranging from simulations to battle royales.

Course Schedule

  • No of Sessions: 8 (4 weeks)
  • Duration Per Session : 1.5 hrs (7pm to 8:30pm)
  • Start on beginning of every month  – Monday and Wednesday
  • Class Size: 5-10 pax
  • Min Pax: 5 kids
  • Age Group: 12 – 15 years old

Lesson 1 Roblox Scripting Refresher

Lesson 2 How to save data in your game

Lesson 3 Creating on-hit gold to collect, beginning of our Gold Collection game.

Lesson 4 Displaying names above bricks in your game, and scripting purchases with in-game currency

Lesson 5 Intro to user tools, scripting tools.

Lesson 6 Create a block that allows the user to buy the sword Create sword Script sword when they buy the sword, the block disappears. Go over how to create animations

Lesson 7 Creating user bases

Lesson 8 Combining this all to make a game

Lesson 9 REVIEW DAY Answer questions regarding students final projects, help with them

Lesson 10 FINAL PROJECT PRESENTATION DAY Projects demonstrated by students.

  • Duration (hrs): 1.5 hrs per session
  • Venue:
    Woodlands Main Branch:12 Woodlands Square #07-85/86/87 Woods Square Tower 1, Singapore 737715. 5 mins walk from Causeway Point MRT. The venue is disabled-friendly. All courses will be conducted at Woodlands branch.
