1. Are the prices shown is the final price I will pay?

The prices shown will be the final net price. If there is any question on the prices, please contact us at enquiry@tertiaryinfotech.com.

2. How do I make payment?

Payment will be by Paypal, Cheque, Bank/ATM Wire Transfer and DBS Paylah!. We also accept order by email or by phone.

3. How much are shipping/delivery charges?

The home delivery by courier service is S$8.00 per order. We provide FREE DELIVERY for order above S$200. 

4. Is there Self Collection?

Yes. You can opt for self collection. The self collection is at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road #05-23 Bukit Timah Shopping Centre Singapore 588179. We open the shop by appointment. Please call us 1 day in advance at +65 6100 0613. before coming down to the shop.

5. Can I pay for my order on delivery?

We're afraid that we can't accept 'payment on delivery. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch  upon your order confirmation

6. How do I order from your website?

It's as easy as clicking a few buttons. Once you've found a product that you like, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button and you will be taken to our easy one-step checkout.page. Simply fill up the following information to the checkout page.

Throughout the whole speedy process, you can rest assured that all your details are stored and transmitted securely, and never ever shared with anyone else.

7. Can I order by telephone?

Absolutely. Please call us on +65 6100 0613, or, if you're calling from outside Singapore, dial +65 6100 0613. Our sales lines are open from 9am to 9pm (Singapore Time), 7 days a week.

8. Can I order by email?

9. How do I amend my order?

As long as your order has not been arranged or delivered. Please inform us of your amendments by replying to the email containing your unique order number. Please note that we can only guarantee to accept amendments if they are received at least 48 hours before dispatch of your order. 

10. I`ve not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

We automatically send out an order confirmation email containing your unique order number once we received your payment. However, sometimes customers do not receive these emails.This could be due to several possible reasons such as, customer accidentally entered a wrong email address or our email was marked as spam and channel into customer's spam box, etc. If you want to double-check that we've received your order, please email us to enquiry@tertiaryinfotech.com or call our hotline at +65 6100 0613 if timing is of essence.

11. I`m having a problem ordering online, what can I do?

Simply call us at our hotline no. +65 6100 0613. Our customer service officer would be more than happy to take your order over the phone.

12. Can you deliver products today?

The typical delivery time is 2-4 days if we have the stock. For those backorder items, the typical delivery time is 7-21 days..

13. Can i deliver my products at a specific time?

Yes. You can inform us the specific delivery time by phone (+65 6100 0613) or by email us at enquiry@tertiayinfotech.com. We will try to arrange the delivery to the time slot you requested.

14. What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the products?

Typically, our delivery person will call the recipient number before delivery. This will avoid nobody available to receive the products. However, in the case there is nobody available to receive the products, we will take back the products and delivery on other day.

15. Will I be informed when the order is delivered?

There is no notification when the products are delivered. However, if you do not receive your products on the requested time slot, please give us a call at + 65 6100 0613  to check out the delivery.

16. What can I do to ensure that my order is delivered successfully?

A successful delivery depends on accurate information: the recipient name & contactable number, complete delivery address and postcode. Additional delivery instructions (which can be added at checkout) are also useful if the property is difficult to locate or if the recipient is at a business, university or hospital. Here, as much information as possible (ward numbers, departments, etc.) really helps.

17. The recipient has told me that she/he hasn`t received the order, what should I do?

If the recipient has not receive the order after the specified range of time, please call us at our hotline no. +65 6100 0613 or email us at enquiry@tertiaryinfotech.com We will check with the local delivery service.

18. The recipient is only going to be in during the morning, can you deliver before lunch?

We can do delivery between 10am to 12noon. Please place your order at leaset 1 day in advanced for morning delivery.
